What this site is

muglist.org collects publicly available recent booking and arrest records — names, booking photos, charges, and booking details — published by county sheriff's offices and jail rosters, and presents them in one place, organized by state and county.

Where the records come from

Records come from county sources' public rosters and are updated regularly as counties publish new bookings. muglist is an aggregator of public records; it does not create, alter, or adjudicate the underlying records.

Presumption of innocence

An arrest is not a conviction. Every person listed on the Site is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges may be reduced or dismissed. An arrest or booking record is not evidence of guilt, and inclusion on the Site does not imply that any listed person committed any offense.

Corrections and removal

Records reflect what the county source published. Source agencies may amend, correct, or remove records after we collect them, and records shown here may not reflect current custody status, charge dispositions, or case outcomes.
