What We Publish
muglist.org republishes arrest and booking records from publicly available sheriff, police, and detention center rosters. All listed persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. We never charge a fee to review, correct, or remove a record.
When We Remove or Correct a Record
We will remove or correct a published record when any of the following applies:
- The charges were dismissed, or the person was acquitted.
- The record was expunged or sealed by a court.
- The record involves mistaken identity or materially inaccurate information.
- The person was a juvenile at the time of arrest.
- The source agency has retracted or corrected the record.
How to Request Removal
Email [email protected] with:
- The full URL of the record page (e.g.
https://muglist.org/ky/kenton/first-last-123/). - The listed person's name as it appears on the page.
- The reason for the request, with supporting documentation where available (court order, expungement paperwork, case disposition, or similar).
We review every request and respond within 7 business days. Where documentation confirms one of the grounds above, the record is removed promptly.
A Note on Source Records
Removing a record from this Site does not remove it from the official public source. To amend the underlying record, contact the arresting or booking agency directly.
