By accessing or using muglist.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site republishes arrest and booking records obtained from publicly available sheriff, police, and detention center rosters. The Site is an aggregator of public records; it does not create, alter, or adjudicate the underlying records.

3. Presumption of Innocence

Every person listed on the Site is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest or booking record is not evidence of guilt, and inclusion on the Site does not imply that any listed person committed any offense.

4. Accuracy of Information

Records are reproduced from official public sources as they appeared at the time of collection. Source agencies may amend, correct, or remove records after we collect them, and records shown here may not reflect current custody status, charge dispositions, or case outcomes. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any record. See our record removal policy for corrections and takedown requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or any information found on it to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or embarrass any person; to deny anyone credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other benefits (the Site is not a consumer reporting agency and provides no information for purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act); to scrape, bulk-download, or republish Site content without written permission; or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Advertising and Third Parties

The Site is supported by advertising served by third parties. Links to or content from third parties are provided as-is; we are not responsible for third-party sites or services. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site's operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information on it.
